Good news, everyone! Twitter is no longer going to be full of tweets from Kanye West and Donald Trump.
Thursday of last week, Apple launched a Twitter account to field support questions from their customers, as well as to offer them tricks and tips.
By Friday, the @AppleSupport account had 134,000 followers and had sent more than 3,000 tweets. Today, they're continuing to make good use of the account – and are incredibly engaged with their customers.
Business Insider reports showed that the account responded directly to over 2,200 requests from Apple users, detailing how they could fix their issues.
The support team only works 15 hours a day, that's between two and three tweet-based troubleshoots per minute!
