We are an apparel company built on the principle that winning comes only one way – hard work.

Our designs are inspired by the same consistent no-quit attitude that drives today’s best athletes, coaches, businesses and organizations to succeed. We work with groups that we’re proud to be on the sidelines with because they share our commitment to deliver the best with every single effort.

We are steadfast in our mission to provide a superior product, unparalled customer service, and uncomproming originality. From fit and feel to designs that are impossible to ignore, to a management team as dedicated as you are, Forever Fierce is a company that values quality and reputation. You’ll see it in every product we sell.

How did you earn your first sales? Which channels are now generating the most traffic and sales for you?

We reached out to a bunch of big names in the fitness industry. After we partnered with Joe DeFranco of Defranco's Gym, our business exploded. We are now one of the leading custom apparel providers for elite athletic training facilities and youth sports teams in the country.

Tell us about the back-end of your business. What tools and apps do you use to run your store? How do you handle shipping and fulfillment?

We started extremely small with another website. After meeting with our business operations advisors, they recommended we switch to Shopify.

Shopify has allowed us to open a totally different game in apparel designs. We can now open custom team stores that do not interfere with our original apparel designs. Our customers love the look feel and intuitive feel of our new website.

The orders tab makes it easy to organize orders by name or team store. We are using ShipStation to fulfill our orders. It is such a powerful tool and we love the integration with Shopify. Gone are the days of manually entering information to your shipping provider.

What are your top recommendations for new ecommerce entrepreneurs?

If we had one piece of advice for new owners, we would say: Regardless of how small your business is, plan for it to expand and grow. It is OK to use a service that feels a little "big" for what you're doing. We did that with our Shopify site and we grew into it in a matter of months!
